Healthy Food VS Junk Food

 What is Healthy Food?
It is one that lacks an ingredient, or not contain it in large quantities, it can
generate a degenerative disease when consumption is repeated.

What is Junk Food??
The food are those foods you eat to survive. It is known as feed to the process that develops an individual consciously to eat and drink these foods, leading to the mechanism of biology called nutrition (through which the body handles food).

HEALTHY FOOD
JUNK FOOD

      FRUITS:
Apple, pear, mango, watermelon, papaya, passion fruit, banana, strawberry, cantaloupe, tamarind.
    
     VEGETABLES:
Tomato, lettuce, beets, potatoes, spinach, chili, cilantro, celery, carrots, cabbage.

      GRAINS:
Rice, Corn, Oats, Wheat, Barley, Amaranth, Rye, Quinoa, Chia, Soy.

      MEAT:
Beef, Chicken, Kid, Pig, Crocodile, Monkey, Deer, Ostrich, Horse, Turkey.







DRINKS:
Soda, Dry, Beer, Came, Citron.



SWEETS:
Caramel, Marmalade, Cake, Chocolate

OIL:
Fried chicken, Breaded, Butter, Fried meat, Fried sausage, Cheese, Fried egg,
Fried sausage, Ham, Fried pork.

TRASH FOOD:
Burger, Fries, Hot dog, Pizza, Popcorn, Candies
